ENDODONTIE — sources, modifications et limites Surfaces dentaires 35, 36, 37 : Cristian Diaz, Carlos Andres Ferro Sanchez, Oscar Campo (2024). Data of synthetic 3D models of the human jaw, including teeth, ligaments, and bone structures. https://doi.org/10.17632/xjsx7nfhj8.1 Licence CC BY 4.0 : https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/ Maillages distribués par OMFAtlas : https://github.com/choxos/OMFAtlas Modifications : changement de repère et d’échelle, lissage, coupe, cavité d’accès, matériaux, animation. Source IDs retained in objects and anatomy-source/bodyparts/selected.json. Adaptations: coordinates centered and enlarged 3x; materials; surface smoothing; slight gingival presentation thickness; superior maxillary portion cropped; educational vertical separation animation. No teeth duplicated or mirrored. No third molars in this selection. This overview and the Diaz-derived treatment detail are distinct anatomical datasets, not one patient's matched anatomy. Separation is an exploded teaching view, not a simulation of temporomandibular joint movement. Educational prototype requiring endodontist review before patient-facing clinical use. ARCHIVED PORTRAIT (no longer loaded by the website) — visage.glb / visage.png BodyParts3D, © The Database Center for Life Science licensed under CC Attribution 4.0 International. Skin, sclera, iris and eyebrow surface meshes, OMFAtlas distribution of the same anatomical atlas as the paired arches. Original IDs in anatomy-source/bodyparts/face.json. Centered, enlarged 3x, smoothed and given a stylized ivory material; this is an anatomical sculpture, not an identifiable patient portrait or a statement about a person's gender. ENTRANCE — images/portrait-doux.png AI-generated artistic introductory illustration; no anatomical or clinical claim. Closed eyes, subtle relaxed expression, white-on-white silhouette. Entirely separate from the sourced anatomical 3D models. Blurs and disappears before the dental scene is shown; no X-ray blending. CURRENT ENTRANCE — images/portrait-sourire.png AI-generated nonclinical illustration, frontal white suggested face with a relaxed smile. No anatomical provenance is claimed for this entrance or its visible smile. Transition is a visual match dissolve to the separate sourced dental models, not a claim of one patient's matched anatomy. portrait-doux.png is the retired previous entrance. GINGIVA AND FAINT JAW — current detail revision BodyParts3D, © The Database Center for Life Science licensed under CC Attribution 4.0 International. Source gingiva FJ1253; mandible FJ3289 and 11 surrounding lower teeth from selected.json. The three atlas teeth corresponding to the focal Diaz teeth are omitted to prevent duplication. Gingiva is smoothed, thickened 0.65 source mm for display, similarity-registered, occlusally leveled, fitted at the cervical band and cropped/sectioned. This is an adapted atlas surface, not patient-matched soft-tissue segmentation. Local cortical bone uses the existing Diaz jaw-cortical surface, cropped and sectioned. Surrounding structures use low-opacity materials; this is a visibility convention, not tissue transparency. Previous simplified gingival loft is retired.
